Each session begins with an agreed upon individualized treatment plan designed to be condition-specific especially for you.  The session can incorporate a variety of massage techniques including: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Myofascial Release, Stretching, Reiki/Energy work, Reflexology,  PreNatal Massage, , Manual Lymph Drainage Massage, Condition Specific massage, Aromatherapy, Hot Stones,  Guasha (scraping), kinesio taping, vasodilatation and hot towels.

As a Licensed and AMBP Certified Massage and Bodywork Therapist I offer many forms of relaxing, luxurious and therapeutic massage that reduce stress, relieve pain and tension, help you cope with fatigue, increase circulation, enhance mental clarity, improve your immune system, and soothe tight and painful muscles.
